5. Betting Disclaimer

TipKick provides sports data, statistics, and AI-generated insights for informational purposes only. We do not operate a betting platform and do not accept bets. Any betting decisions you make based on information from TipKick are entirely your own responsibility. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or the outcome of any sporting event. Please gamble responsibly and in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TipKick — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and AI models — are the exclusive property of APLICART, S.L.U. and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APLICART, S.L.U. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TipKick. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TipKick at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of TipKick after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Andorra.
